The back changes shape to give excellent support to the entire spine of the user, while the special foam in the back and seat allows for the chair to “breathe”. Adjustable lower back firmness, arms adjust in four directions, the back reclines as the seat glides forward for more varied postures, while you stay visually oriented toward the work at hand, which means less static load on your spine. You'll receive your Steelcase Chairs right at your doorstep via UPS/FEDEX Ground, with tracking provided. If you order 5 or more, we may need to ship the items differently (Curbside or Freight) and will contact you before shipment if we need to make special arrangements. Ordering 25 or more? ASSEMBLY:

Your Steelcase Office Chairs will require minor assembly, and will come with illustrated instructions in the package. Confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed assembly. We suggest assembling on carpet or protected surfaces to avoid scratches.
