Statement
Texas County & District Retirement System serves more than 700 Texas counties and diverse districts. They help more than 270,000 county and district employees save for retirement and set up disability and survivor benefits.
The client required business furniture for a new office space in Austin to accommodate 15 full-time and 3 semi-permanent staff members. They preferred a desk with electrical outlets and data access for each employee to power computers, phones, and other electronics with ease. They also wanted small meeting tables and chairs for informal huddle and conference space.
We furnished these office interiors with the affordable & flexible O2™ Cubicle System. The office square footage was just the right size for 6 x 6 cubicles for the FT employees. The L-shaped cubicles have 67”H desk partitions for visual/audio privacy required in solo work. Lockable office storage containers include two under-desk filing cabinets and an overhead storage cabinet.
In a separate area we placed three 3 x 4 hotdesking stations along an interior wall for PT and temporary staff. With less need for privacy, lower 47”H cubicle panels were sufficient on these desks. Just like their big brothers, these small workstations an integrated power system.
Nearby, two round meeting tables are surrounded by conference chairs with wheels and separated by elegant glass wall partitions.
When it came time to select a cubicle color scheme, the client preferred subtle, calming office colors that would also ship as fast as possible. These grey office furniture cubicles were ready to leave the factory in less than 2 weeks!
