Statement
PSS World Medical (part of the McKesson Corporation) provides medical products, equipment, billing services and pharmaceutical related products to non-hospital healthcare providers.
As part of an office renovation, the client came to us for innovative and practical office design ideas and affordable office furniture for their New York office corporate interiors.
They wanted the open office plan to be a collaborative office space for their operations department, facilitating easy interaction between team members. We used O2™ modular office system components to construct a bullpen office layout that groups the team together. Each desk space is flanked by a small filing cabinet and 2 drawer lateral filing cabinet.
In the private offices we went with a double pedestal desk sitting in front of a matching credenza and hutch for extra workspace and office storage. We specified all laminate casegood furniture in a cherry wood desk finish for a distinguished office style on a budget.
For the office cafeteria the client wanted breakroom furniture that could be used for sit-down dining and informal discussion sessions in a relaxed environment. We specified large round cafe table and chairs sets that comfortably seat 5 people. Stackable chairs make it easy to clear the space quickly or transport the seating for office functions.
