Statement
Cayuga Centers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting youth and reuniting families that have been divided. They provide temporary foster care to unaccompanied migrant children during the process of identifying a parent or sponsor and provide crucial medical and psychological support along the way.
Following the organization’s rapid growth in recent years, the client approached us for new office furniture for an expanded New York call center. They were looking for an efficient office interior solution that would fit as many agents as possible into an interestingly (awkwardly?) shaped bullpen office with many nooks and crannies.
With refined commercial space planning tricks, our office design team fit 36 small cubicles with 24”x 36” desktop surfaces… really at that size they classify as tiny cubicles! We strategically arranged workstation clusters of 2 up to 15 to fit within, along, and around the many call center office walls that defined the office perimeter (check out the 2D office layout design and count the walls!)
O2 Systems Furniture has all the right features for telemarketing cubicles. 53”H fabric partitions help limit the sound transmission between stations and can boost productivity by improving the open plan office acoustics. These compact workstations have space-saving pelican drawers for personal storage and are powered by an integrated data & electrical cabling system concealed inside the cubicle panel bases.
The warm grey cubicle fabric and light wood-look laminate work tops are not only calm & welcoming – they also save time & money! This office color palette is part of our Quick-Ship Budget Finishes.
The client requested comfortable, reasonably priced task chairs with arms. Fink ergonomic office chairs are very affordable and designed to support good posture throughout a long-seated workday.
