Statement
The National Notary Association delivers supplies, services, and training to over 4.8 million U.S. Notaries & Signing Agents, helping them maintain the highest level of professionalism & ethics for more than 60 years.
The NNA employs over 450 people. After the federal shutdown in the spring of 2020 due to the coronavirus, they developed a pandemic preparedness plan for reopening in June. Our office interior design company modified their existing office furnishings in a way that would facilitate employee health and safety, and mitigate pandemic risks in their return to work.
Our office layout plan affixed 500 plexiglass shields over the tops of all desk partitions – effectively creating cubicle sneeze guards. We used 12”H and 24”H barrier shields on different cubicle panel heights, resulting in 77-79” high separation, sufficient protection for two people standing and speaking to one another on each side of the clear dividers.
Temporary room divider partition walls have quickly become a very popular purchase in the world of office business furniture in 2020. The non-intrusive clamp style of these panel-mounted safety shields means they can easily be moved or removed as needs change.
